Extreme Fisting Sex

Ok, Maybe some of the stuff I do, or the fact that I am a prostitute bothers certain people, but can someone please explain extreme fisting sex to me? I mean really, look up at that picture and tell me what is so sexy about it. I just can't see this as being a turnon but I guess some people do, and even though it does look like it hurts, I suppose some people like the way it feels but I just don't see it and no way would I let someone do that to me!
